Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of postdoctoral fellow and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an externally funded project entitled “Development of novel nanostructured anodes for Lithium ion battery:
1. Postdoctoral Fellow: (One position)
A Ph.D degree in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science and relevant research experience are required for this position. The postdoctoral fellow will work on design and synthesis of novel Graphene based nanocomposite materials and their application in energy storage devices. Candidates with experience in synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials are preferred. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply. Position is available initially for a period of one year.

Salary: Rs. 22,000/- plus HRA per month.
2. Junior Research Fellow: (One position)
A Masters degree in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science with 55% marks is required for the JRF position. Candidates with research experience in synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials are preferred. Position is available initially for a period of one year.
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- plus HRA per month.
