Sub : Filling up of position for engagement as Project Associate / Project
Assistant under industry sponsored projects taken up in the Lab.
Applications are invited on plain paper for filling up of position of one post either Project
Associate or Project Assistant on a purely temporary basis, in the prescribed proforma. The
details of the Sponsored Project under which engagement is proposed to be made is as under :

Minimum prescribed educational
Qualifications
For Project Associate - Ph D in science
(Area : Polymers/ Organic Chemistry/ Chemical Technology)
For Project Assistant- M.Sc ( Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/ Polymer Science/ Polymer Chemistry) or B..Tech (Chemical Technology related).
Minimum 55% Marks
Desirable experience, if any 1-2 years research experience is preferred.
Candidates who are Ph D would be given preference. First preference would be given for Ph D candidates for Project Associate post and if suitable Ph D candidate is not found Project Assistant post would be considered for non-Ph D candidates.
Age limit* 28 to 35 years depending on post and grade offered.
Job requirement Polymer Synthesis, Preparation of polymer microcapsules and their characterization Consolidated emoluments per month For Ph D candidate Rs. 22,000 to 28,000 depending on number of publications
For non Ph D candidate Rs. 13,000 to 20,000 depending on M.Sc/ B Tech %
