Terms and conditions:
Remuneration: Rs. 16,000 consolidated per month (with free single accommodation). The contractual Fellow will not be entitled to any other allowances/financial benefits/concessions. Income Tax will be deducted at source as per rules.
Age: Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age on the date of Interview.
Tenure: One year (may be extended to another year). It shall be mandatory for the Fellow to serve for a minimum tenure of one year failing which the Fellow will have to pay the salary for three months. A Surety Bond to this effect will have to be given.
During the second year (if extended), the incumbent can leave after giving 1 month notice or payment of salary in lieu thereof.
However, Candidate will have no right if the posts gets abolished at any time in such case no notice is required or will be given.
Leave: The leave entitlement shall be as per DoP&T rules.
No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.
Director, NICFS reserves the right for cancellation of recruitment.
Suitable and willing candidates are required to report between 0930 hours and 1100 hours in the Institute on the date of interview alongwith original and photocopy of the relevant documents duly attested, two passport size photographs and application in the format available at the Institute’s website
