NOTIFICATIONA walk-in-interview is going to be held on 13.03.2013 from 10.30 A.M onwards for engagement
of Project Assistants to work at CIMFR, Digwadih Campus, Dhanbad and/ or field sites under the timebound
Project. The candidates, having following qualifications & experience may report between 9.00
A.M & 10.30 A.M for appearing at Interview before the Selection Committee on 13.03.2013 at CIMFR,
Digwadih Campus, PO-FRI-828 108 with all original documents and completed application form on a A-
4 size plain paper, indicating Notification No., Name, Father’s name, Sex, Date of birth, Qualification
(percentage of marks & year of passing from Matric onwards), Category (SC/ST/OBC/PH/UR), Address
(Permanent & Correspondence along with contact No: viz Mobile/Landline No. & E-mail address),
Experience etc. and Details of relationship with CIMFR / CSIR employees and, Signature of applicant
along-with copies of all testimonials and certificates duly attested by a Gazetted officer and a self-attested
passport size photograph. The other details are as under:-
1. Name of the Position : Project Assistant Level I
Number of Position : 01 (One)
Qualification : B.Sc in Chemistry minimum 50% marks. In case of SC/ST
candidates, these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.
Age : Not more than 25 years as on 13.03.2013. Age will be relaxed
for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged applicants etc., as per
GoI rules.
Stipend : `9,000 (Nine thousand only) p. m (consolidated) + HRA.
(Wherever possible accommodation will be provided to the
Selected candidates, other wise HRA will be paid as per rule)
2. Name of the Position : Project Assistant Level II
Number of Position : 01 (One)
Qualification : M.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 55% marks. In case of
SC/ST candidates, these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.
Age : Not more than 28 years as on 13.03.2013. Age will be relaxed
for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged applicants etc., as per
GoI rules.
Stipend : ` 13,000 (Thirteen thousand only) p.m. (Consolidated) +HRA.
(Wherever possible accommodation will be provided to the
Selected candidates, other wise HRA will be paid as per rule)
3. Desirable (for 1& 2) : Preference will be given to those candidates having 06 months
working experience on Coal in National Institute/Lab.
4. Project Duration (for 1 & 2) : 18 months/Co-terminus with the Project.
5. Project Title : Quality assessment and technical advice for industrial
utilization of coal cores drilled from Patel East coal block
through chemical analysis and washability investigations
In addition to above, a panel will also be prepared for engagement of Project Assistants under the
aforesaid, any other ongoing and upcoming projects. Medical facilities for self only at CIMFR Dispensary
will be extended to selected candidates as per CSIR Rules. Appearing candidates or those candidates
whose results are awaited will not be allowed to appear in the Interview. No Travelling Allowance will be
paid for appearing at the Interview. Hindi may be used as a medium of conversation. This notification is
