Qualification : B.E/B.Tech(Chemical) with minimum 60% marks from a recognised
university
Experience : 4 years in Operation of nuclear/thermal power plant, Chemical plant, large manufacturing units after obtaining the requisite qualification.
Nature of Work : Operating state of the art facilities including Research Reactors, Nuclear(Plants), Chemical Process Plants, Fuel Fabrication Facilities, Nuclear Waste Management Plants.
Age Limit : Not more than 40 years.
Total Emoluments : `55,000/- p.m. approx. (including HRA/TA)
Place of posting : BARC Facilities at Mumbai, Kalpakkam & Tarapur

2. PHOTOGRAPH: A recent passport size photograph should be affixed in the space provided for
in the application and one additional copy of the passport size photograph should be sent along

3. ENVELOPE: A self addressed (bilingual) unstamped envelope (size 24 cm x 10 cm) should be
attached to the application.
4. COPIES OF CERTIFICATES: Candidates should submit along with their applications
attested SINGLE COPY of certificates of:
. a. Educational qualifications & technical qualifications (Mark sheets & degree
certificates)
b. Work Experience
c. Date of Birth (Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate or equivalent
certificate)
d. The proof of claim that the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC (applicable to
SC/ST/OBC candidates only)
e. Appropriate authority regarding physical disability (applicable to persons with physical
disability)
f. Proof of dependent of defence service personnel killed in action.
5. NOTE
i. Candidates working as regular employees / trainees in Government / Semi Government, Public
Sector Undertakings / Autonomous organizations or any organizations which is aided by
Government should apply through proper channel. In case they anticipate delay in forwarding
the applications by their employer, they may submit an advance copy in the prescribed
proforma.
